This week we had a great time learning about evangelism from GMDS alumni and GMC staff member David Martens, and got to make some new friends as the discipleship students from Daystar Church Leduc joined us for most of the week. God is doing great things and we’re so thankful for this group!

Week one of year 7 of GMDS has come and gone, and we love this group! From our amazing team of interns to our incredible new students, we can’t wait to get to know this group more and dive into all that God has for us in the next 8 months.

A prayer that Bryan mentioned this week was: “God, do whatever you have to do to make me into the person you want me to become.” As you head into your fall, we invite you to pray that same prayer for yourself as you journey with God this fall!

Intern training week has been a blast so far! Today we changed it up and hiked at the Pembina Valley Provincial Park, prayed over the Pembina Valley region, were nearly eaten alive by mosquitoes, had an all around great time, and only took one wrong turn on the trails 😂. We can’t wait for next week and the arrival of the new GMDS students!!

Where are things at in your walk with God right now? Do you want to go deeper? GMDS is an 8 month 4-days-a-week journey deeper into the heart of God in the midst of an amazing community of young adults (ages 18-30). You’ll go deeper in prayer, the Word, your identity in Christ, and be equipped to reach others too! We believe Gods is raising up a generation that is on fire for Him, and so thats our goal too! So it’s not too late, apply online today! (link in bio.)
