Muslims comprise one of the largest demographic communities in Windsor, Ontario. Windsor Muslims are ethinically diverse, coming from more than 60 countries. Canadians. As a community we have one of the highest literacy rates in the city. Join MYC Sisters for an afternoon of kayaking, sisterhood, and adventure on Saturday, June 20th, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at River Canard Canoe Co! 🛶☀️ Spend the afternoon out on the water, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with other sisters in the community in a fun and welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced kayaker or trying it for the first time, we would love to have you join us insha’Allah!
This event is for sisters ages 16+ and the registration fee is $30 per person. Kayak rentals and life jackets will be provided. Rides will be provided from and back to Windsor Mosque. There will be a nice talk, outdoor activities, and a bonfire.

"Which charity is best?” The Prophet ﷺ said, “A drink of water.” [Nasā’ī]

In 2025, our community made generous contributions to the Thirst Relief Deep Well endeavour and helped to revive entire communities in Bangladesh with the priceless gift of fresh, clean water.

Alhamdulillah, the building of four wells in Mothpara, Bangladesh is now complete. Through your donations, we were able to provide vital clean, safe drinking water for individuals and their families and a way of generating income by providing nourishment for their livestock and crops for entire communities.
