If you know a child or youth that needs a Bible (or a Bible story book), please come to the Church of the Nazarene on Saturday Sept. 12 from 10:00 am to Noon to take your choice of one book. We have limited quantities.

The Bibles have been provided by the Canadian Bible Society. The Bible story books are provided by the Church of the Nazarene.

The Church of the Nazarene free clothing room will be open on Saturday September 5 from 10:00 am to Noon. This is an opportunity for ANYONE who is looking for some good, clean clothes to come and take what they need.

Please note: we are not taking clothing donations in as we already have our regular suppliers, but we will gladly give away what we have.

The Whitehorse Church of the Nazarene will be offering free children's Bibles on Saturday September 12 from 10:00 am to noon (limited quantities) to anyone who comes by.

We will also be offering a free Children's Pancake Brunch to show our appreciation to the children in our community. Just bring your child and enjoy brunch on us. The brunch grill will shut down at 11:15 am.

There are many ways (and many reputable organizations) to support those impacted by disasters around the world. Nazarene Compassionate Ministries is one of them.

If you wish to financially support the relief work in any world area, you can always send funds through the Church of the Nazarene. Funds will be funnelled entirely to the impacted area through Nazarene churches and partners.

For example; to support relief work in Colombia, you can send funds designated to project 140156 (Colombia). To support relief work in Nepal, you can send funds designated for project 140160 (Nepal). If you are in Canada, you can send the support through our local Nazarene church, or you can go directly to the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Canada page (NCM Canada).
