We are a vibrant, growing and praying group of forgiven people who use their spiritual gifts in ministry to each other and the community through:
- Inspiring worship services
- Small groups that care, study and pray
- Quality adult, youth and children’s programs
- Intentional outreach programs
- Social Events
So that we become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. From it we are
nourished and are given the energy to serve and worship the one true, holy God, existing in three persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that salvation is God's gracious gift to all those who believe in Him. He gives this grace freely and not because people earn it or because people earn it or because of anything good we can do. This gift comes through Jesus Christ, God's Son. We believe that God will accept all who ask for forgiveness of their sins and who by faith accept Jesus as the only true way to life now and forever. You can read more about our beliefs by going to the link for the Christian Reformed Church of North America, and Googling the Heidleberg Catechism, the Canons of Dordt, the Belgic Confession, and the Contemporary Testimony. We believe:
- that worship services are our grateful response to God's goodness and grace
-that the nurturing of Jesus’ followers is a life long process of which small groups are an important part.
-that discovery and development of spiritual gifts honours God and results in joyful service.
-that Jesus’ example of love is our model for all relationships.
- that lost people matter a great deal to God and therefore matter to us.
- that we need to understand the culture of our community in which God has placed us so that our ministry is relevant.
- that the church is to be guided by Spirit-led leaders who encourage and release others for ministry.
-that striving toward excellence honours God and inspires people.
- in surrounding our life and ministry with prayer.
