Unity is our strength, diversity is God’s strategy, and mutuality is the goal.

In Christ, we share a common purpose, a common love, and a calling to serve one another in humility. Unity doesn’t mean uniformity, but it does mean recognizing that we belong to one another and need one another.

This past Sunday, Pastor Iancontinued our ONE THING series in Philippians 2:1–4, reminding us that our strength is rooted in Christ, expressed in unity, and cultivated through humility.

Churches don’t become hollow shells overnight. It happens when biblical convictions are slowly compromised under the pressure of the world.

Last Sunday, Pastor Ian Hales continued our ONE THING series in Philippians 1:27–30, reminding us that we’re called to stand firm in Christ, united in conviction, mission, and courage.

In a culture that pressures the church to soften biblical truth, we must remain steadfast in God’s Word, proclaiming and defending the gospel in love, even when it comes at a cost.

Stand firm. Strive together. Remain faithful.

Praise and Prayer!

Happy Thanksgiving from our church family!

Today, we give thanks for God’s faithfulness, His goodness, and the countless blessings He has poured into our lives.

Whatever season you find yourself in, there is always a reason to give thanks.

Does your theology lead to doxology? Does learning more about God and knowing Him more deeply actually increase your love for Him?

This past Sunday, Pastor Ian took us through Philippians 1:3–11 and reminded us that knowing God more should shape not only how we love Him, but how we pray.

Paul’s prayer is filled with joy because he can see God at work. He looks back with gratitude for God’s faithfulness, looks around with affection for the people God has placed in his life, and looks forward with confidence, trusting that He who began a good work will carry it on to completion.

Joy-filled prayer celebrates what God has done and cultivates what God wants to do.

As our knowledge of God grows, may our love for Him grow with it, shaping the way we worship, the way we love one another, and the way we pray.

Redemption Women!

Join us tomorrow night, Friday, October 2nd from 7:00-9:00pm at Hebron for our ministry year launch. We’re excited to kick off in this way and hope you will make every effort to be there!

Our evening will begin with worship and a time of teaching from God’s Word. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy fresh pie and continued fellowship together. All women are welcome, including young women in Senior High and up.

We will also share about the upcoming Discipleship Groups for this ministry year!

We kicked off Men’s Ministry this past Saturday with a feast for a breakfast, fellowship, worship, prayer and hearing from God’s Word from Pastor Ian.

It was an amazing morning for the men of Redemption church as pastor Ian emphasized the brevity of life and importance to be godly men - by standing firm, walking faithfully and trusting fully.

Godliness doesn’t happen by accident.

It takes resolve to be the men God has called us to be. Being ready to step up and serve. Resisting anything that pulls us away from the mission God has given us. And being resilient when we fall, getting back up and continuing to walk faithfully.

Men of Redemption (and friends of men of Redemption),

We’re really looking forward to gathering together again this year as brothers in Christ! Our prayer is that the Lord would use His Word and His Spirit to shape us, strengthen us, convict us, encourage us, and make us more like Christ as we walk through another year together.

With that in mind, we want to remind you that our Men’s Ministry Kick-Off Breakfast is happening this Saturday, September 26th from 8:30–10:30am at Hebron. We’ll share a hot breakfast, worship Christ, spend time in the Word, and enjoy fellowship with one another.

Come hungry, bring a friend, and join us as we kick off the year together!

We kicked off our new series ONE THING this past Sunday in the book of Philippians.

Pastor Ian preached through the first few verses and emphasized that as Christians we are not only saved by Christ, but are now servants of Christ and saints in Christ. The gospel gives us a new identity and a new community to join in the church - which begs the question - can you be a Christian and not go to church?
