North Shore Unitarians Canada Our mission is to empower people to live with greater depth, meaning and purpose We are located at 370 Mathers Avenue in West Vancouver, BC, Canada.

The North Shore Unitarians are an inclusive, growing congregation of more than 250 adults, children and youth. We come together to explore important life questions and support each other in living with meaning and purpose –and we have a lot of fun and fellowship along the way! We welcome all who share our philosophy regardless of age, race or sexual orientation. To carry out our mission we offer a

full range of programs including Sunday services, religious and spiritual education for all ages, a full music program and much more. Our services are held on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. A social hour follows. All are welcome. We are a non-creedal spiritual community. We do not require allegiance to any religious dogma for membership or participation. We promote respectful tolerance and religious freedom. We are an intentionally diverse spiritual community, embracing theists, humanists, agnostics, atheists, freethinkers, Buddhists, pagans, persons of many different spiritual paths and traditions, all sharing a desire to grow spiritually, and to learn, serve and celebrate together. Please bring a small container of water from an ocean, river, stream, or lake — or even your kitchen tap — for the Water Communion ritual.

Our weekly reflection will explore how the quality of our lives depends on the quality of the questions we ask of life, of one another, and of ourselves.

We’ll top it all off with a BBQ and corn roast after the service! 🍔 🌽 😊

While we’re taking a summer break from Sunday services, you may be missing all your North Shore Unitarian friends. No problemo ! Let’s meet up for a short hike this Saturday July 11, in beautiful Lynn Valley.

We’ll meet at 1 pm outside the End of the Line General Store — which is located at the intersection of Lynn Valley Road and Dempsey Road in North Vancouver. We’ll hike for approximately one hour.
