Day #3 - part 2: For our activity, we packed 20 Christmas Child shoeboxes with items the kids brought and people in the community donated! Then, for our craft, they made Christmas cards. Most of the children decided to add a Christmas card to one of the boxes that they put together! What a lovely way to share God's Love and good news with other children!

Day #3: We started the day making a Good News or Salvation Bracelet. The kids were actually singing the words to our songs as well as doing the actions. Our Focus today was how Jesus died for our sins to become our Saviour, and has gone to prepare a place for those who believe in Him to be with Him forever. Jesus came to be with us, so that those who chose to believe that Jesus is God's answer for the sin that separates us from Him can come to be with God in His forever family!

Day #2: Our focus today was that God kept His promise and sent His Son to be our Savior! Jesus is our Immanuel - God who came to be with us to save us from sin! We started our time together with worksheets to remind us of yesterday's theme and verse. We were so busy with our crafty snack that we didn't get very many pictures today! It was messy but fun! Thanks to all our volunteers who helped our youngest friends!

Day #1: Our focus today was that God made us and loves us and wants us to be with Him, but sin keeps us from being close to God and knowing His love. We had fruit kabobs to remind us that God made the trees and bushes and vines that grow good fruit for us to eat.
Our craft today was to make two gingerbread ornaments to remind us that God made the universe and He made us!
