We invite all young adults (approx 18 to 35ish), whether you are a student, working, or in-between, to gather on March 22nd from 11:30 am until about 1:30 pm for lunch, meaningful theological conversation, deepened faith and connections in Room 205.

RSVP to [email protected] by 10am on Thursday, March 19th so that we can ensure that we have enough food for everyone and enough seating set up. Please also indicate if you have a food intolerance or limitation such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, nuts, etc.

After Sunday morning worship, grab a coffee/beverage in the hall, then come to meet in Room 205 at 11:30am.

Jesus often taught through parables—simple stories that invite big wondering. Join us for an intergenerational, child-friendly worship service on Sunday, February 1st at 10am, where we’ll explore Jesus’ stories of a tiny mustard seed, a lost sheep, and a great banquet. Through storytelling, movement, music, and shared wondering, we’ll discover how these parables grow into a wide welcome at the Communion table. All ages are encouraged to participate—there will be space to move, imagine, and connect. Come ready to listen, wonder, and be fed.

What does it mean to follow Jesus into the life of the community?

Matthew 4:12–23 describes Jesus engaging in public life by calling individuals, establishing relationships, and integrating faith into daily activities and responsibilities.

Community Connections Sunday encourages us to consider how faith extends beyond our church walls, through partnerships and work for the common good. Knox Waterloo values and supports organizations engaged in essential community-focused work.

Knox’ Parents & Tots Group and LOGOS ministry are both CANCELLED today - Thursday, January 15


Due to the weather all schools are closed today and we follow their safety guidelines. If you do have to travel today please be safe.

Parents and Tots and LOGOS will resume next week.

A new term of LOGOS begins this evening, Thursday, January 15th and runs until March 12th. Registration is open for the Winter term. Check out the website for more details. Families are welcome to come and “try out” LOGOS for a week if you let us know in advance so that the kitchen can be prepared. New adult volunteers are always welcome!
