Teaching a Responsible, Ethical Use of AI

CMU math professor Tim Rogalsky wants his students to develop judgment about artificial intelligence as well as skills. One is a young researcher who uses AI to help people manage seizures. Another is a woman in her 70s who wanted to understand what her son’s company was doing. Rogalsky shares the exciting historical project he’s pursuing with the help of AI.

Glenn Fretz of Waterloo, Ontario, shared highlights of his career and moments of inspiration on September 17 at the opening of his exhibit: Graphic Design for the Mennonite Community. Highlights include the MC USA/MC Canada dove, Mennonite World Conference logo and the Ontario trillium. Our favourites included the old Mennonite Reporter and early Canadian Mennonite plates.
The work of Glenn Fretz is now on display throughout the Grebel Archives and will remain until 2028.
