Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, a powerful sign of Christ’s boundless love, mercy, and compassion for all humanity.

In his pastoral letter, Resting in the Heart of Jesus, Bishop Dabrowski writes:

"Therefore, as your bishop, I invite every member of our diocesan family in our homes, parishes, schools, and Catholic institutions to renew devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In a world marked by division, suffering, and uncertainty, let us turn to the Heart of Jesus with confidence."

Last evening, the Catholic Women’s League gathered for their Kick-Off to Summer Dinner. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a wonderful evening of friendship and fellowship. Wishing all our members a blessed, safe, and joyful summer, and we look forward to reconvening in the fall!

Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, also known as Corpus Christi, as we give thanks for the gift of the Eucharist.

In the Eucharist, Christ gives Himself fully—His Body and Blood offered for the life of the world. This solemnity invites us to deepen our reverence for this sacred mystery and to recognize the Real Presence of Jesus among us, nourishing our faith and uniting us as one Body in Him.

May our love for the Eucharist grow, and may we be strengthened to live as Christ’s presence in the world.

Lord Jesus, Bread of Life, nourish our souls.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Parish Spring Social. It was a fantastic evening filled with fun, fellowship, and great memories!

Special thanks to Deacon Mark Shaw and the Centre Road Band, featuring special guests Nancy and Cecilia Boss, for providing such fun, upbeat music that kept everyone entertained throughout the evening.

A sincere thank you to Domenica Brennan for donating all the beautiful raffle prizes! We are also incredibly grateful to all of our volunteers who helped with the bar and kitchen service, as well as those who decorated and set up the hall. Your hard work and dedication made the event a great success.

It was truly a wonderful night, and we look forward to gathering again with everyone at our Christmas Dance!

A beautiful Knights of Columbus Honour Guard for our brother, Garry.

This morning, our parish community gathered to celebrate the Funeral Mass of our longtime parishioner, faithful friend, and devoted member, Garry Eckert. Surrounded by family, friends, and fellow parishioners, and accompanied by an Honour Guard from the Knights of Columbus, we gave thanks for Garry's life of faith, service, and friendship.

We are grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive parish community that comes together in prayer during times of both joy and sorrow. May Garry rest in the eternal peace of God’s loving embrace, and may perpetual light shine upon him. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord. ✝️
