“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
John 1:5 NIV
Halloween offers a unique opportunity for us to connect with our community in the Greater Victoria area. As our neighbors venture out, we, as followers of Jesus, have a wonderful chance to shine His light and share His love. Rather than fearing the darkness, let's choose to stand firm in the brightness of Christ and extend kindness to those around us.
This Halloween night, we are transforming homes throughout the West Shore into welcoming spaces filled with blessings and joy. Would you consider becoming a host home? If hosting isn’t possible for you, perhaps you’d like to lend your support at one of our host locations and if you can’t be there personally, you can contribute by providing candy or treats to help make the evening special.
If you feel called to participate in this heartwarming initiative, please reach out to Andrew Johnson.
Together, we have an incredible opportunity to touch our West Shore community with the love of Christ this Halloween. Let’s unite as West Village Church and make this a night to remember!
