Today let's pray for our Missional Partner, Beginning of Life located in Chisinau, Moldova. Beginning of Life assists those lacking opportunities, addressing physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs. Their goal is to build bridges, preventing exclusion and exploitation. They work to empower people, regardless of background, to find their voice, fostering hope and transformation in families and communities.

Let's join them in praying for:
-peace in their country and in Ukraine
-strength for their team who work hard and need God’s support
-the teens and adults they serve (single moms and refugees) to know Christ and grow in their faith
-financial stability for Beginning of Life

Join us on Good Friday from 5-7pm in the sanctuary for a contemplative evening beginning with a shared potluck supper, followed by scripture, communion, and reflection. Bring a dish to share!

We’re also looking for volunteers to help make the evening possible - scripture readers, setup, and cleanup. Visit the link in our story or email the office to let us know.

Hello from Vladimir from Beginning of Life Moldova 🇲🇩

This June, we want to send a team of people to our missional partners, Beginning of Life in Moldova, to serve and build relationships with their staff on the ground. Beginning of Life supports vulnerable children, teens, and families with compassion, dignity, and hope, and this trip is an opportunity to come alongside their work in practical and relational ways.

Those who go will help support kids’ and teens’ camps that run Monday to Friday, with each week serving a different age group. Team members may help with crafts, games, and English-practice activities, and also assist with set-up, decorating, and clean-upfor each camp. There will also be time to build relationships with the amazing staff and the people they serve.

We invite you to pray for those who may go, for the children and teens who will attend the camps, and for the ministry of Beginning of Life. If you feel a nudge to explore being part of this trip, or simply want more information, please contact [email protected].

What an amazing night we had at Treat Street! 🍭

We handed out 10,000 pieces of candy, 500 hot dogs and likely had a record number of inflatable dinosaur costumes 🦖 We an absolute blast celebrating together! Huge thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a fun evening.

We are so excited for Treat Steet on October 31st from 6-8pm! Join us for a fall fair, hot dogs, and lots of candy as part of your route through the neighbourhood.

A quieter and calmer version of Treat Street will be happening from 5-5:45pm for families who would appreciate a sensory-friendly experience.

Due to an overnight neighborhood power outage (which is not expected to be resolved till dinner time Sunday), Lambrick Park Church WILL be gathering old-school today. Huddled together. With no sound system. And no live stream.

Just us together seeking God in worship and hear from God’s word.

Kids will be joining us for the service. Apex will meet in the cafe.

So wear a warm coat, bring a cup of coffee, and let’s do this!
