~Fáilte~ This concerns Celtic Christianity and how it's relevant and alive today. ~"There

is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus."~ -Galatians 3:28

Mission
This very informal organization was set up to provide a platform for discussion and means of communication for those interested in Celtic Christianity. It is set up to provide fellowship and to allow for the dissemination of information concerning Christian spirituality and the Word of God. Description
Celtic Christians are known for their burning and evangelical love for the Bible. Also they are known to seek a depth of spiritual life and stillness … a radical commitment to the poor and to God's creation and a deep respect for learning. Celtic Christianity is often called Insular Christianity and it evolved on its own without the heavy influence of Rome. You might call it a specific outlook rather than a whole other faith. Celtic Christianity is one school of thought within that whole. Early Insular Christianity is a term used to cover Christianity in Great Britain and Ireland during the post-Roman period. It splits into two strands:

Celtic Christianity (5th to 8th centuries), the Christianity surviving from the Roman period in the Celtic areas of Britain and Ireland (e.g. Ireland, Wales, Scotland) and spread to parts of Anglo-Saxon England by the Hiberno-Scottish mission
Anglo-Saxon Christianity (7th to 11th centuries), the Christianity imported from Rome by Augustine of Canterbury in 597. The Synod of Whitby of 664 forms a significant watershed in that King Oswiu of Northumbria decided to follow Roman rather than Celtic practices, but the two rites co-existed for another century, Wales observing the Celtic Easter date until 768. The Anglo-Saxon mission in the 7th to 8th centuries spread Christianity to the Continent, as had the earlier Celtic missions. When we look at the world around us, with its many serious problems, including poverty, injustice, war, and environmental degradation, it is all too easy to become angry and frustrated or even despondent and apathetic. These responses are not effective at bringing about change, they are part of the problem . In order to bring about positive change in the world we need not only seek engagement with the outer world, but also engagement with our inner world. If we want to see greater awareness in the world, we have to cultivate awareness. If we want to see greater harmony and less strife we need to learn to become more adept at handling our emotions and learn to respond to frustrations with more patience and kindness. He is our spirit guide. "And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." -Luke 17:20-21 (King James Version)https://www.facebook.com/CelticChristianTradition

They were only suggestions at no time did I imply that the Bishops did not have understanding of their own canons .I am the Vicar Apostolic( Vicar General ) in Canada. As much some people are think I am interested in having titles they would be wrong.I use them as tools.I was able to continue my street ministry spiritual direction and parish ministry valid as I was Vicar Apostolic of Victoria I had authority of Ordinary within Vicariate Apostolic of Victoria clergy could
Incardination and Excardination clergy and also ordain up to Subdeacon ,that is why I had 4 subdeacons that would have been great priests one is still in Victoria joined RC womenpriests movement and has successful that could been our parish. I like this church and decided to put 100% Old Catholic Apostolic Church in Canada .It is sad for me that church I was ordained for no longer exists. but getting ride of titles that no longer work like archpriest was easy as I never used it .I m doing my best I have shared that have minor brain injury PLEASE do not assume something I may just have not communicated properly my intentions are never meant to harm I love all you as brothers and sisters in Christ this church is making me feel secure that means soon you will be seeing two small parishes .I have done this before but had rug pulled out from under me .I feel I have support of of my fellow priests and some of the bishops see that I can be useful for missionary efforts in Canada

Your Grace
I have been a priest for 24 years of The Canadian Catholic Apostolic Church a church established by Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez in 1988 .I am all that is left of the work begun by Dom Claude R.Baron the first Canadian Bishop and you have not answer my requests I am unsure as what to do next. I would like to work with ICAB but don t need you to continue a National Church that is based on the Teachings of Saint Carlos Duarte Costa

. WORLDWIDE COMMUNION OF CATHOLIC APOSTOLIC CHURCHES (WCCAC) is formed by Catholic and apostolic churches that emerged from the apostolic succession of Dom Carlos Duarte Costa, or other apostolic successions recognized as valid by the majority of the seats apostolic, and share the ideals of St. Carlos of Brazil concerning the nature, organization and functioning of the Church, as expressed in the introduction of the "Manifesto to the Nation" by August 18, 1945 (Art.1.1);

2. The WCCAC is committed to rediscover, assume and implement the genuine apostolic tradition concerning the mission, organization and functioning of the churches, as is witnessed in the Scriptures, the Creeds, Tradition and Doctrine of the undivided Church (Art. 1.2). The WCCAC is the communion of Catholic and apostolic Churches in which all members are recognized as equal (Art. 11.1). When referring to the Church, one must understand the local Church, presided over by a bishop or represented by those who, on a transitional basis, fulfill its functions, as it appears in the Statute (Art. 12.1, Cf.art. 3 and 4) ;

3. Each local Church, a member of WCCAC, is in communion with other local churches, integrating within an ecclesiastical province or of a superior body, consisting of legal form, public, bound and stable (Art. 12.2);

4. All bishops who preside over local churches must belong to the College of Bishops of the Ecclesiastical Province, and eventually, in this case, in a higher entity of communion, which could be linked to a local church (Art. 12.3);

5. The WCCAC recognizes a precedence of honor to the Brazilian Catholic Apostolic Church (ICAB), by which the President and Chancellor of his Episcopal Council, part of the governing bodies and the President who, in turn, is Honorary Chairman of the WCCAC, and will be recognized as a symbol of the unity of WCCAC, as is stated in the correspondence; similarly the provisions of the General Councils of ICAB, though not mandatory, will be taken into serious consideration by all(Art. 1.3).
