Tomorrow marks Giving Tuesday, a day annually recognized to support charities doing amazing work all around the world. YFC is recognized with chapters in over 100 countries and has been reaching out providing Hope to teens since 1945.
Locally on Southern Vancouver Island, YFC is supporting youth through programs such Campus Life, Community Life, Mobile Outreach (Blue Bus), Summer Camps, Global Impact and Open Arms (street ministry) and has been since 1980.
We know that there are hundreds of organizations doing great works globally but we are here to support our local kids and asking you to join us in reaching a generation of youth that are not only battling with cyber bullying, lack of confidence and purpose, but an identity crises like we've never seen before. They are our future blue & white collar leaders and more over moms & dads. Together, let's give them the guidance and support they need now to be successful in the future.
Join us by becoming a ministry partner for $45 a month, recognizing our 45th anniversary in Victoria or with a one time gift to YFC. Let's keep it local, and let's keep it kingdom focused.

As the end of 2025 draws near, we give thanks for God's many blessings as we reflect on where He has taken us this year. It also marks our 45th year of caring for, serving and sharing God's love and hope to youth in our community. We couldn't have done it without His guidance and your support. Thank you.

The YFC Charity Golf Classic is a wrap for 2025. As always, it was a great event and we couldn't have pulled it off without the support of our amazing sponsors and community partners, and of course all who participated. THANK YOU to all, and we look forward to seeing you next year!

This year's event is leveling up with a gifted guest speaker in former NHLer Ryan Walter and the addition of an online auction that will run 3 weeks prior to the tournament day. We have a bucket of prizes, cash and even a new electric car to give away, thanks to the great support of our community partners.

This week we closed the door on another chapter at the Compassionate Resource Warehouse, well two actually. This steel trailer is Ghana bound, filled with hospital beds, mattresses, cabinets, tables, chairs, wheel chairs, bicycles, medical supplies, clothing, toys, tools etc etc etc. Too many pieces to truly understand how much, but know that every item will serve a valuable purpose on the other end. When the doors are opened in some 6-8 weeks from now, they will be delighted to see the faces of our official mascot greeters and feel the love from the Victoria team of amazing volunteers from CRW and YFC that provided, collected, refurbished, cleaned and finally packed all with joy and in God's love.
Thank you to all especially Dell Wergelund for her amazing faithfulness all these years. Yesterday I learned that in the 25 years of operating the CRW, the organization has sent out 576 containers just like this one, without a square inch being wasted. We pray a special blessing on those receiving and those who have given to make this trailer happen.
