When we approach God demanding proof instead of trusting His character, we can become unable to recognize or receive what He’s already doing. Like the people in Jesus’ hometown, unbelief can close our hearts to the greater things God desires to do in and through our lives.

The filter we use on Jesus determines how we see Jesus. If we see him wrong, we won't receive what he wants for us. But if he see him as he reveals himself through his word, our lives are able to receive the truth he has and the healing he wants to bring.

✨ Women’s Night ✨

We’re so excited to invite you to a special Women’s Night at The Landing Church this Saturday, June 27th at 6:00pm!

This will be an evening of connection, encouragement, and community as we come together as women to serve and support our church family. We’ll be preparing freezer meals for our new needs ministry—practical love for families who could use a helping hand.

There’s something for everyone:
🍲 If you love being in the kitchen, come ready to cook and prep meals together
🍰 Feel free to bring a dessert or snack to share so we can enjoy a little food and fellowship while we work
💌 If cooking isn’t your thing, we’ll also have an encouragement card station set up. We’re hoping to create 60 cards to go with each meal, bringing a personal touch of care and encouragement

💛 There is no cost for this event—just come ready to help, connect, and be part of something meaningful.

Join us this Friday at 6:00 PM at Kin Beach as we gather to celebrate baptisms together as a church family! Baptism is a beautiful public declaration of faith and a meaningful step of obedience in following Jesus. There is nothing more encouraging than hearing stories of God’s faithfulness and celebrating lives being transformed.

Bring a lawn chair, invite a friend, and come ready to worship, encourage, and celebrate with those taking this next step in their faith journey. We would love to see our whole church family there!

God doesn't need to prove His faithfulness—He already has.

People will fail us. Circumstances will disappoint us. But God remains faithful. Jesus refused to test the Father because He already trusted the Father's character. Faith is not demanding that God prove Himself again and again—it is choosing to trust what He has already shown to be true. When temptation comes and life feels uncertain, don't put God on trial. Lean into His faithfulness. Trust His character. It is not testing God that carries us through the wilderness—it is confidence that He has never failed and never will.
