Hello All, on account of the storm tomorrow, the service will be somewhat abbreviated and intimate with no Sunday School or children's ministries. It will be at the same time as always for those still able to make it in. Andrew Adil from CCC was supposed to preach but we told him to stay there in Mirabel and Jerad will fill in. Gabriel Mellette, who is in town will be filling in for worship for Sam Valentine, (who is out in the Eastern Townships and also sick.) Joel O'Kill will make sure there is a wonderfully clear snow path to get you into the building:).
We will still be attempting to stream the service for those of you who opt to stay home.
For those able to make it out, there should still be parking behind the school, and Stephen Connors did a little sleuthing for us and provided alternative parking lots where you can park and walk to church.
- Centre Marcel-Giroux is a ten-minute walk to church. As per the City of Montréal website, parking is free.
- Pay parking in a lot on Boulevard LaSalle. The entrance is near 2nd avenue, and is a ten-minute walk to church.
- Those interested in a brisker walk of 25 minutes can look for spots at 1177 Dupuis. It is the Public Works parking lot. There is also a small lot near the Public Works on the corner of Lesage and Hickson. Both are free.
- Risk-takers can test the LORD’s will by parking in the IGA lots on the corner of Bannantyne and 6th avenue, or on Willibrord, just south of Wellington.
God bless and will either see you at church tomorrow or next week:).
