Yesterday was a beautiful and deeply moving day in our church family.
We celebrated the baptism of 9 individuals, 4 adults and 5 youth each stepping into a new season of faith and publicly declaring their commitment to follow Jesus. Throughout the day, powerful testimonies were shared, tears were shed, and we were reminded just how faithful God is in every season of life.
One prayer came up again and again was for each person baptized to continue experiencing a true sense of family and community within the church. That they would know, deeply and personally, that they are loved, supported, and never walking alone.
As a church, we want to continue being that place. A place where people are known, welcomed, and cared for. A place where we give what we can, our time, our encouragement, our prayers and to then trust God to use it to change lives.
We invite you to join us in continuing to pray for each of those baptized as they walk forward in faith. Pray that they would grow strong in the Lord, feel rooted in community, and continue to experience His love in powerful ways.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
2 Corinthians 5:17
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together… but encouraging one another.”
Hebrews 10:24–25
What a joy it is to walk this journey together.
