Fr. George received some beautiful art work from some of the students who received the Sacrament of Reconciliation this evening 💜 Let us continue to keep these young people in our prayers as they continue to prepare for the Sacrament of First Communion in April.

Join us for a three-evening mission retreat, focussing on a Parish Lenten Renewal. Each evening will include a talk, Stations of the Cross and Benediction. The last evening will also include confessions and mass.

The retreat will be led by Fr. Roni George and Fr. Louis Joseph VC, both from the Divine Retreat Centre.

🎄A CHRISTMAS MESSAGE FROM OUR PASTOR🎄

Dear Friends,

As we gather to celebrate the wondrous birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, I am reminded once again of the profound simplicity of that holy night in Bethlehem. In the quiet of a stable, God chose to enter our world-humble, vulnerable, and full of love. This mystery of the Incarnation invites each of us to welcome Christ anew into our hearts, our homes, and our daily lives. Christmas is not merely a remembrance of an ancient event; it is a living reminder that God continues to dwell among us. He comes to bring light where there is darkness, hope where there is discouragement, and peace where there is division. In a world that often feels hurried and uncertain, the message of the Christ Child calls us to slow down, to listen, and to rediscover the joy that comes from knowing we are deeply loved by God. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who give life to our parish community-through your prayers, your service, and your generosity. This season, may we renew our commitment to being a people of compassion and kindness, echoing the love we first received from the manger. May the blessings of Christmas fill your families with warmth and grace, and may the New Year bring renewed faith, hope, and unity. Know that you are in my prayers, and may the peace of Christ be with you always. On behalf of Fr. This past fall, St. Padre Pio Parish hosted its first Alpha program - 9 weeks of sharing and learning in a Catholic context. Over 50 people participated in this journey to a closer relationship with Christ. The session ended with a fun and spiritual retreat day.

Thanks to all those who participated and a special thanks to the Alpha team who helped guide people each week.
