📣 Our diocese has a new name! 🎉

The Anglican Network in Canada is now the Anglican Diocese of Canada!

A New Church Year and a New Name
As we begin the new year in the Church calendar we thought this was a great time to officially announce that we have adopted a new diocesan name! To better express who we are now as a family of churches and as an established and growing diocese within the Anglican Church in North America, we voted at Synod 2024 with overwhelming majority to update our name to the Anglican Diocese of Canada. It will take some time to fully change everything over, but we are excited about this new era within the life of our diocese and we'll have more regarding it in the coming days!
Would you join us in praying that the Lord would bless and keep us as we seek to build Biblically faithful, Gospel sharing, Anglican churches.

We have moved (and changed time!)

Beginning on **August 4th, at 6pm**, St. Thomas Mission will celebrate our first Eucharist service at the Carey Hall Chapel; 1815 Wesbrook Mall, Vancouver BC (at the corner of Iona Dr. & Wesbrook Mall). From then on, we will continue having our services at 6pm rather than 5pm. Other than location and time, everything else remains the same, especially our after-service dinners!

Please join us for this important step in our mission to witness and proclaim the Gospel to UBC and the westside of Vancouver.

Today is our last Sunday at our current space before beginning to worship at Carey Centre on UBC Campus! Keep an eye out this week for more information such as parking and bus routes!

We are excited for this change in venue which God has provided, to help bring Christ to more people on campus and the west side of Vancouver.
