We hope you’re having a blessed and joyful Eid with your loved ones. As previously announced, the Muslim Association of Canada Eid Picnic at Stanley Park is open to the public and ready for a fun-filled day together.

Alhamdulillah, meal tickets for the event are officially sold out. We may have a limited number of extra meals available for purchase on-site, but availability is not guaranteed.

Please review the following important information before attending Eid صلاة:

🕌 Bring your prayer mat.

🚪 Entry Point
Please use the West entrance of the building at the corner of Waterfront Rd and Thurlow. Follow the signs and directions of VCC staff and volunteers.

⏰ Early Arrival Recommended
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before salat time due to parking, traffic, and walking time to the venue.

📱 Proof of Registration
Registered attendees should follow the registered attendees’ line-up and have their email confirmation and QR code ready for entry.

Non-registered guests must use the standby line-up. Priority will be given to registered attendees first.
Please note: Due to venue capacity and scheduled prayer time, entry is not guaranteed.

🍽 FOOD POLICY
LOT 185 Cafe at the VCC will be selling Halal food.

Please note:
• No outside commercial food allowed
• No outside food deliveries allowed
• No sale or distribution of food to the public
• No gum to be provided to kids

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

🕌 Registration for the Eid Al-Adha Prayer & Festival at Vancouver Convention Centre West building is *Now Open!*
Due to venue capacity limits, we are holding two Salat times to accommodate ~7,000 guests:
*• Takbeerat : 7:30 AM*
*• Salat 1: 8:30 AM*
*• Salat 2: 10:30 AM*..

Activities start at 1:30 and end at 2:30 pm

📄 *Important Guidelines:*
1. Register for ONE Prayer time only —Double registrations for two salat times or in the same salat time can lead to complete cancelation of your registration.
2. Fill out the form correctly especially your email address.
3. Bring your prayer mats with you!
*4. Arrive early to avoid delays and wait times.*
5. Registration closes Tuesday @ 8:00 PM or when full.
*6. No registration, no entry. A standby line is available but not guaranteed.*
7. If you arrive late for your registered Salat 1 you will not automatically enter Salat 2 with same registration. You will instead be asked to stand in the Non-registered line for Salat 2.
