Missions Weekend at Faith! 🌎

Thank you for joining us for Missions Weekend at Faith! It was a joy to have Norton Lages share with us about all that God is doing among the nations.

From Uganda to Bangladesh, Ukraine to the Amazon in Brazil, God is mobilizing His Church to bring compassion, care, and support to people in need.

We are more committed than ever to joining Jesus in the Great Commission. To go, make disciples, and see the Gospel reach all nations.

What a great Sunday at Faith!

It was so good to gather together, worship Jesus, and grow in His Word.

Today we were reminded from Mark 10:17–31 that our true security isn’t found in what we have, what we accomplish, or what others think of us. Our security is found in Jesus Christ.

Let go. Open your hands. Follow Jesus.

So thankful for our Faith family and the opportunity to grow together. ❤️

Isaiah 40:28–31 reminds us that our God never grows weary and He gives strength to those who wait on Him.

Whatever you’re carrying this week, let’s wait on God together.

Join us for a special weekend focused on God’s heart for the nations and the call to missions. We are excited to welcome Norton Larges, Director of FAIR (Fellowship, Aid & International Relief), who will share stories, opportunities, and ways our church can participate in God’s global mission.

What a joy to gather!

This morning we were reminded that our failures do not disqualify us from God’s purpose. Jesus covers our shame with grace, searches our hearts with truth, and sends us back into the mission of loving and serving others.

In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us. 1 John 4:10–12.

Post-Service Picnic!

Join us this Sunday for a church picnic after the service at Nanaimo Park, just across the street from Faith!

Bring a blanket, pack a lunch, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of food, fellowship, and summer connection. We’ll have some hot dogs available for those without food.

It’s a great opportunity to spend time together and get to know one another a little better.
