A profound teaching on "Lineage, Samaya and Blessing" by the Venerable Lama Tenam.

Venerable Lama Tenam started with sharing messages and blessings from Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa and Venerable Lama Lodro who is 105 years old.

Venerable Lama Tenam, resident Lama Paljor, and devotees recited Dakpo Kagyu Lineage Prayer in Tibetan, English and Chinese, and meditated on this Prayer.

Day one of the teaching concluded with The Aspiration Prayer of Mahamudra for Certainty.

To celebrate the auspicious month of Saga Dawa, Palpung Vancouver (Palpung Phende Kunkyab) held a Buddha Bathing Ceremony this afternoon. Led by resident Lama Paljor, devotees recited several auspicious prayers, including The Twelve Deeds of the Buddha and Prostrations and Offerings to the Sixteen Elders. Each participant personally took part in the bathing of the Buddha, expressing their devotion and heartfelt prayers.
Following this, the devotees chanted the Lamp Offering Prayer together and respectfully offered lamps before the mandala. The ceremony concluded with a brief meditation session, bringing the event to a peaceful and auspicious close.
為慶祝殊勝的薩嘎達瓦，八蚌溫哥華中心於今日下午舉行了浴佛法會。在常駐喇嘛的帶領下，信眾誦念了多部吉祥祈禱文，包括《佛陀十二行儀讚》與《十六羅漢禮供文》。每位信眾皆親自參與浴佛儀式，表達對佛陀的虔敬與祈願。
隨後，信眾合誦供燈祈願文，並至壇城前莊嚴供燈。法會最後以簡短的禪修作為圓滿，現場氣氛祥和、殊勝圓滿。

On February 18th, the Sangha and devotees at Palpung Vancouver observed a one-day Nyingne practice, during which participants were allowed to drink but not eat from after lunch until sunrise the next day. The Nyingne commenced with taking precepts in the early morning, followed by the Nyungne Sadhana of the 11-Faced Lord Chenrezik called Pervasive Auspicious, accompanied by chanting and prostrations. The practice concluded with Mahakala practice and other auspicious dedication prayers.

On Saturday, February 17th (Tibetan January 8th), the Sangha and devotees celebrated the 71st birthday of Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa at Palpung Vancouver. The ceremony commenced with the White Tara Puja, accompanied by tsok and lamp offerings, followed by the mandala offering. Guru Vajradhara’s birthday celebration concluded with a contemporary ceremony featuring birthday cakes, auspicious wishes, and prayers for longevity.

2月17日(藏曆1月8日)星期六，僧眾和信徒在溫哥華八蚌中心共同慶祝上師金剛持尊勝的第十二世慈尊廣定大司徒巴的71歲生日。典禮以白度母法會開始，伴隨著薈供和供燈，接著是曼達供養。上師金剛持尊勝的生日慶祝活動以現代儀式結束，包括生日蛋糕、吉祥祝福和長壽祈禱。
