CREO CAMP 2026 - Part 1

This past weekend our CREO staff, over 40 volunteers, and 120 students packed up their bags and headed out of the city for an incredible weekend of fun, building friendships, and encountering Jesus.

Here at Tenth, we long to be a community that discovers Christ and is transformed by Him—a transformation that calls us to seek justice, healing, and reconciliation both in our community and around the world.

Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a significant day for everyone in Canada as we remember the stories and the history of our Indigenous brothers and sisters, and the abuses they endured at the hands of the government and Church.

As a church, we’re not going to take truth and hide it in the dark. We desire to bring it to the light and honour it as best as we can, remaining present with our Indigenous brothers and sisters, and seeking ways to walk toward healing and reconciliation.

One small way we can participate is by joining our friends at Inner Hope Youth Ministries on October 17th for The Hope Movement fundraiser.

We want to support their good work of walking alongside Indigenous families and young people in East Vancouver, and we invite you to join us!

Ride, walk, or run for hope, healing, and reconciliation.

We couldn’t have asked for a better day for our UBC Pt Grey picnic 🧺☀️

What better way to spend a sunny afternoon than with good food, fun games, meeting new friends, and catching up with old ones?

Thanks to everyone who came out!

What might God be inviting you to create?

Renaissance Vancouver is coming October 16–17 for Two Days of Wonder—a gathering for artists, entrepreneurs, and anyone drawn to creativity, imagination, and building something new.

Come encounter God, be inspired, and discover the courage to take faithful risks with the gifts you’ve been given. Pastor Ken Shigematsu will be speaking alongside our friend, Danielle Strickland, and other voices from Vancouver and beyond.
