📚 TONIGHT A Special Talk by Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Masood al-Nadvi

Masjid Ul Haqq is honoured to welcome Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Masood al-Nadvi, one of Canada's most respected Islamic scholars and among the few scholars authorized to issue Islamic legal rulings (fatāwā).

Dr. Nadvi spent over a decade studying at the prestigious Dārul 'Ulūm Nadwatul 'Ulamā in Lucknow, India, before completing a License in Sharīʿah from the Islamic University of Madinah and earning both his Master's and Ph.D. in Sharīʿah (Fiqh) from Umm al-Qura University in Makkah.

He has also received ijāzāt from leading scholars of our time and previously served as a Professor of Sharīʿah and Fiqh at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Join us for an evening of beneficial knowledge with a scholar whose decades of learning and teaching have benefited Muslims around the world.

Shaykh Alaa Elsayed will deliver the Jumu'ah Khutbah.

Born in Cairo, Egypt, and raised in Canada, Shaykh Alaa Elsayed is one of Canada's most respected Islamic scholars and community leaders. He holds a degree in Shari'ah, possesses an ijazah in Qur'an recitation, and has served Muslim communities across Canada for decades. Formerly the Director of Religious Affairs for ISNA Canada, he is widely known for his inspiring lectures on faith, family, and personal development.

Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Al-Nadvi will deliver a special lecture.

Dr. Al-Nadvi is a globally respected Islamic scholar and specialist in Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh). He completed over a decade of traditional Islamic studies at Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama in Lucknow, India, before earning his PhD in Fiqh from Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah.

Having served as an imam, professor, and resident scholar in Canada, he is recognized as one of the few scholars in the country qualified to issue Islamic legal rulings (fatwas).
