📌 *KIDS & TEENS — JUNE 2026*

*THANKFUL PRAYER*
_Talking to God with a Grateful Heart_

Children learn many things naturally.

But gratitude is usually not one of them.

Complaining can be learned quickly.
Comparison can be learned quickly.
Wanting more can be learned quickly.

But thankfulness must be taught.

And prayer is one of the places where children learn it best.

Scripture says:

*“In every thing give thanks…”*
— *1 Thessalonians 5:18*

Notice:

God does not merely teach children to ask.

He teaches them to *recognise.*

To notice:

• God’s love
• family
• food
• teachers
• friends
• protection
• daily blessings

Because thankful children often grow into:

• healthier adults
• kinder people
• stronger believers
• more peaceful hearts

This June, our *Kids & Teens Midweek Services* will help children learn something beautiful:

Prayer is not only asking God for things.

Prayer is also learning to thank Him.

*WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING TO THE TABLE?*

Many people want better opportunities.

Better jobs.
Better relationships.
Better platforms.
Better income.
Better influence.
Better results.

But there is a question we do not always ask:

*What are we bringing to the table?*

Because life does not only respond to desire.

It responds to *value.*

Organizations are looking for value.
Families need value.
Communities need value.
The marketplace rewards value.

And even in the Kingdom, God entrusts more to those who can faithfully steward what is already in their hands.

This June, *Kingdom Conversations* will help us examine the kind of life we are building.

Not just a life that wants more.

But a life that solves problems.
Serves people.
Honours God.
Builds capacity.
And brings something meaningful to the table.

📌 *INTERCESSORY PRAYER — JUNE 2026*

*THE THANKSGIVING GATE*
_Giving Gratitude a Voice in Prayer_

*Tuesdays | 6:00PM – 7:00PM*

Many people carry gratitude quietly.

They appreciate God internally.

They feel thankful.

But Scripture introduces something deeper.

It speaks of *thanksgiving.*

And thanksgiving is not merely a feeling.

It is *expression.*

Psalm 100 says:

*“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise…”*
— *Psalm 100:4 (KJV)*

Notice the language.

A gate suggests movement.
Access.
Approach.
Relationship.

Which raises an important question:

Could gratitude remain silent…

while thanksgiving gives gratitude a voice?

Because gratitude may live in the heart.

But thanksgiving speaks.

And sometimes spiritual dryness is not always caused by God’s silence.

Sometimes worship has grown quiet.

Sometimes prayer becomes heavy because thanksgiving disappeared from it.

Complaining speaks.
Fear speaks.
Anxiety speaks.

But thanksgiving speaks too.

And what we repeatedly give voice to often shapes the atmosphere of the heart.

Kenneth Hagin observed:

*“The secret of a successful supernatural apostolic ministry accompanied with signs and wonders is intercessory prayers and compassion.”*

This June, we return to prayer —

not merely asking,

but entering.

• Is thanksgiving different from gratitude?
• Why Scripture calls thanksgiving a gate
• Giving gratitude a voice in prayer

• Prayer shaped by recognition, not forgetfulness

Because perhaps thanksgiving is not merely a response to God.

Perhaps it is also a way of approaching Him.
