Hello Folks! As you know, we run Summit Mountain Camp (www.summitmountaincamp.ca) west of Sundre through the month of July. We are leaving on June 28th. We are looking for someone willing to haul horses with either their own 24' stock trailer or with a rental (we pay for the rental, from Flamman in High Prairie). Your truck should be a 3500 diesel in good shape with a 2 5/16" gooseneck ball, and we can reimburse for fuel.

If you would prefer to invoice the camp, we can do a "cheque swap" (we pay the value of the invoice and you donate back what you feel comfortable doing so) and we give you a tax receipt for that amount.

If you are interested in supporting the camp and our campers in this way, I would love to hear from you! You can be an integral part of giving campers an unforgettable summer camp experience by partnering with us in this way.

This is our Spring Team. They are working hard to get camp ready for campers. So grateful for this team of leaders who have facilitated school groups, whipper snipped, saddled horses, served our guests and did a lot of cleaning. If you know one of these awesome leaders, drop them a big thank you for all they are doing and have done these past few months. ❤️

Edit: Hey Everyone! Thank you for all the messages, texts, and calls! I appreciated the terrific response to our post here. We have some harrows sorted out for the weekend, and really appreciate
everyone who offered!

Hey Folks! We've got our workdays at camp happening tomorrow, and we realized yesterday that we are in need of a set of diamond harrows! Does anyone have a set we could borrow? We can pick them up this afternoon (Thursday) or tomorrow morning (Friday), drop them off, and I have a quad to pull them. We just need the harrows :-)

Work days are under way at camp. Our brave volunteers did not let the new fallen snow stop them from joining us today! So grateful for all the helpers who came yesterday and today to help out. We still have a big list of projects if you want to join us this afternoon or tomorrow!

When you meet your twin at camp! Isn’t there a saying “Camp friends are the best friends”?!? We sure loved having 112 campers at 60+Camp this week. We rode horses, ate amazing food, played games, attended a rodeo, watched a sheep dog herding demonstration, tried skills, enjoyed high tea, learned so much about finding joy and had so much fun. Hope to see everyone back in June 2025

After a great HPWC #1, we are welcoming our campers for HPWC #2! With a full camp we are anticipating 10 days of awesome food, horseback riding, chapels focused around the Gospel, good conversations, and an amazing staff team that genuinely cares for each camper!
