This summer we are going to focus on Breakfast - some say the most important meal of the day.

Our Market Room (that's the name of our Food Bank) is in need of Cereal.

Cereal can be a morning kick start, snack, a last night bed time treat, and for some it's supper. Sometimes we have it with milk, we eat it in a bowl or mug, sometimes its in a snack baggie on the run, or even a handful on the way out the door.

This summer, if you can, grab an extra box or two of cereal, and donate to the Salvation Army - Truro's Food Bank.
