The Community Lunch at Trenton United Church lives God’s love by serving free hot meals in Trenton every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month

We offer a free hot lunch program every first and third Friday of the month! Sit down or takeout options are available. Please see below for a comprehensive list of other free meal programs available in the community, and let us know if we have missed your organization. Today there was a huge turnout with 86 meals being served to our guests!! Many thanks to all the volunteers who helped make this meal happen, it wouldn’t happen without them!

On Tuesday Trenton United Church and the quintewestgardens paired together to give us the opportunity to pick 33lbs of fresh vegetables for our Community Lunch!

We would like to give a big thanks to the community garden for letting us learn and grow in between beds of carrots and tomatoes, our group truly enjoyed the experience and we’re excited about what tasty meal we’ll serve our guests!!

We had plenty fun socializing during the meal with some new folks joining us and a visit from Quinte West Mayor Candidate, Zach Card!
