Pastor Fernando Diaz La Iglesia La Peña de Horeb fue fundada por los Pastores Oscar y Virginia Diaz, y el primer servicio de la historia de la iglesia fue en Mayo del año 1996. La iglesia PDH comenzo con una visión de alcanzar las almas en la área de Scarborough con el Evangelio de Jesucristo.
