Have you ever been told, "Just have sabr" when you're struggling?
Many people think sabr means staying silent, hiding your pain, and pretending everything is fine.
But the Prophets taught us something different.
Nuh (AS) called out to Allah when he felt overwhelmed.
Yaqub (AS) openly expressed his grief to Allah.
Islam doesn't ask us to suppress our emotions.
It teaches us to bring them to Allah.
Real Sabr isn't denying the hardship.
It's trusting Allah while carrying it.
If you've been struggling lately, let this be your reminder:
Allah already knows what's in your heart—and He wants you to turn to Him.
What's one thing you've been making dua about recently?
