We enjoyed a lovely Welcome Back Parish Dinner in our garden tonight. Thanks to all who came, who brought food to share, and to our Hospitality team who cooked chicken, rice and corn for all.

Our Welcome Back Parish Dinner is THIS Sunday, September 13 at 5 pm in the Garden.
Newcomers, friends, neighbours and parishioners all welcome.
Enjoy BBQ chicken and corn, plus some vegetarian and gluten-free options.

St Martin’s Pickleball resumes this Thursday with sessions from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm. No experience necessary. Just show up and you can give it a try. First session free - suggested donation for following sessions is $2.

The funeral for parishioner Roberta Laking Kananaj will take place at St Martin’s this Saturday, August 22 at 11 am with a time of visitation and prayer at 10 am.

St Martin on tour.
One of our parishioners is travelling in Scotland this summer and took this photo of St. Martin’s Cross on the isle of Iona.

St Martin’s High Cross on Iona dates from around 800 AD, stands over 4 metres high, and is made of red granite. The side of the cross shown in this photo has scenes from the Bible , while the opposite face has Celtic-style decoration and bosses.
