✨ My name is Jenny, and I am proudly from Colombia. I have a deep love for God and a passion for serving people. Over the years, God has allowed me to serve in different areas of ministry, including worship, preaching, youth leadership, and event coordination.

I truly believe He guided me to Kin House, and discovering this community has been a great blessing in my life.

Today, I serve through Kin House Operations and wherever I am needed; from the coffee and cleaning teams to helping create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone.

For me, this is more than a job; it is ministry, purpose, and an opportunity to reflect God’s love in both big and small ways.

I serve because I love God and people, and I strive to do everything with love, passion, and excellence ✨

Have you ever felt disappointed when God didn’t show up the way you expected? 🙌

This week’s message was a powerful reminder that we don’t have to put on a mask and pretend everything is okay. God wants our brutal honesty. He would rather have us angry and crying out to Him than hiding our pain behind a polished exterior.

Even when we face unmet expectations or prayers that seem to go unanswered, we are reminded that a “no” isn’t a punishment—it is a part of the process He uses to change us. You can be broken and still belong.

Have you ever felt disappointed when God didn’t show up the way you expected? 🙌

Are you tired of trying to paint the perfect picture for everyone else to see? 🙌. We often get caught up chasing after worldly markers of success—the car, the house, the family, and the career.

But Sunday’s message reminded us that Jesus wants to completely flip the script! He takes the things we use to try and clean ourselves up on the outside—just like those six stone water jars—and transforms them entirely. He changes the narrative by showing us that true transformation isn’t about what is on the outside, it is about what is happening on the inside.

True success is not measured by what we achieve in the world, but by what Christ has done within us.

Gerry Desjardins has been a part of Kin House since 2015 where he is an ordained minister. He has dedicated his life and faithful service to evangelism, discipleship, men’s ministry and the worship ministry.

Today, Gerry continues that same calling through his online ministry platform - AllForHim4Ever on Youtube where he reaches thousands all around the world with the gospel pointing them to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

It is so easy to fall into the trap of letting the world define our success through our careers, relationships, or the things we own. But as we were reminded this week, Jesus wants to change our narrative from the inside out. It’s not about proving our worth to the world; it’s about letting Christ take center stage in our lives every single day.

Sunday was a beautiful reminder that God is still for you. We lifted His name, and walls came down. Hearts were healed and hope was restored. We’re thanking God for breakthrough, for restoration, and for every answered prayer.

Thank you Pastor Jeff Cornfoot for such a dynamic and powerful word! Will never be the same again.
