The Ambassadors of Peace & Love. This may be a bold statement, but it is also the name of our organization. Every word in that sentence was chosen for a reason and to serve a purpose. We want no confusion about our mission. Our message is clear: Peace & Love, and we are working relentlessly as the Ambassadors of those wonderful and very powerful notions.
Founded in 2009 by BeeLoved Elshaddai, also known to all her friends and loved ones as Bee, the organization is the realization of her very inspirational dream. She believes that spreading peace & love to the world, be it in large groups or on an individual basis, would have such a great impact on so many lives that the benefit is bound to spread to so many more. Like many great yet simple ideas, it all started with a thought-provoking conversation. Bee and her friends were discussing some of the major issues that we are bombarded with in the news every day and noticed that the world had turned into a very bitter place filled with despair. Following that chat, Bee was inspired to build on the small victories she had made in her own life and the lives of those around her. Her need to help resulted in the idea of creating a forum where people from all walks of life can voice their opinions on how to make a change in the world. The mere thought of helping others, caring for them, encouraging them, educating them, and giving back to society has helped her grow as an individual and she hopes others will join her too.
“My passion to help, care and love is never satisfied, because my dream to achieve this passion is larger than the entire world itself,” says Bee. “Everyone has the zeal and power to change the world, just start thinking peace & love and the message will spread quicker than you think, because the change you want to see begins with you” – Bee. Everybody needs Peace and Love too nurture their inner happiness and daily growth. Whether they are young or old, sick or healthy, at war or at ease, every soul needs to be surrounded with Peace and unconditional Love to thrive rather than to merely exist. You can’t find Peace by avoiding Love. These two are inseparable. Peace we all know begins with a smile, and a smile ends with Love. To bring Peace to those around us, we must carry Love along in the cores of our hearts and be ready to give it out without thinking of what is in it for us. We believe we must think, live, breathe and radiate Love to all living beings so that Peace may be given back to everyone who needs it. On a daily basis, we all unknowingly touch the lives of hundreds of people around us, be it near and dear or even to complete strangers. We, the Ambassadors of Peace & Love want to work towards ensuring that this simplest of things would be a gesture of Peace and Love to all. It may sound like an overwhelming task but, in practice, it is the simplest thing to do. A great person once said “If words are going to be spoken, then let them be words of kindness” and many a fight has been avoided through those words of wisdom. At We are the Ambassadors of Peace & Love, we say: “if any gesture is going to be made, then let it be a gesture of Peace, Love & Happiness”. As the old freedom song reminds us “One and one make a million”… So come, join hands with us and let us spread these words ‘Peace, Love & Happiness to the millions that needs it.
