Official page of Missionary Families of Christ Singles Ontario, the young adults section of Missionary Families of Christ in Ontario, Canada.

MFC Singles is a Catholic young adult ministry which caters to single men and women between 21 to 39 years old. Accompanying singles in discovering their life direction and responding to their vocation. Bringing the cause of Christ to where the singles are. As a part of the bigger family of MFC, we share it’s vision, mission and core values. Vision: We are an evangelistic and missionary community,

committed to become families empowered by the Holy Spirit to renew the face of the earth. Mission: Bringing Christ to where the singles are. MFC Singles is a Catholic Ministry where single men and women would experience Jesus Christ, know their state of life, be effective and efficient in their workplace, a strong witness of Gods love and faithfulness in their family, peers, and community, where everyone would experience true brotherhood and sisterhood having God at the centre of it.

* MFC Singles will provide the best young professional in the workplace, carrying a strong drive for excellence having and carrying the teaching of Christ as the very foundation of it.

* MFC Singles will provide the best support group, where every single men and women would be guided in their state of life.

* MFC Singles will be a ministry where young professional would develop further their God given skills, through the different activities, conferences and teachings.

* MFC Singles will be the leading activist for the cause of Life, giving reforms and fighting injustices in the society.

* MFC Singles will be a beacon of hope for those who are helpless, hopeless and experiencing spiritual dryness.

* MFC Singles will be the much sought after ministry for single men and women who longs to experience the goodness, greatness and majesty of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Core Values:

With hearts full of joy, we welcome our new Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV!

Chosen by the Holy Spirit to lead the Church in this new chapter, Pope Leo XIV steps forward as the 267th successor of St. Peter, a shepherd called to guide us in faith, truth, and love.

Today we celebrate the lives of St. Philip and St. James the Less, two of the twelve apostles who followed Jesus with faith, courage, and unwavering devotion.

Though not always in the spotlight, their witness reminds us that every disciple has a vital role in the mission of the Church — even in simplicity and silence. Their lives point us back to the heart of the Gospel: to know Christ and make Him known.

Today we honour St. Joseph the Worker, the humble carpenter of Nazareth, protector of the Holy Family, and model of faithful, dignified labor.

This feast reminds us that work is holy — a way to glorify God, serve others, and grow in virtue. St. Joseph teaches us the beauty of silent strength, integrity, and doing ordinary things with extraordinary love.

Today we celebrate St. Catherine of Siena — a powerhouse of faith, a mystic, a reformer, and a Doctor of the Church!

In a time of chaos and division, she fearlessly called the Church back to holiness, spoke truth to power, and lived a life completely surrendered to Christ. Her deep intimacy with Jesus and her burning love for the Church continue to inspire us today.

Jesus reminds us: “Trust in My Mercy” (Diary of St. Faustina). No sin is greater than His mercy. No soul is too far gone for His love.

Let’s open our hearts wide today and say with trust:
“Jesus, I trust in You!”

May we be instruments of His mercy in the world, just as we have received it.

When we pray for others, we participate in God’s love and mercy, interceding on their behalf and helping them carry their burdens. It reflects the teachings of Jesus, who called us to love our neighbours as ourselves (Matthew 22:39). By praying for others, we also grow in humility, recognizing our dependence on God and our role in supporting each other through life’s struggles. It is a powerful way to share in the spiritual welfare of others and to build up the Church as a community of faith, hope, and charity.

Today, we mourn the passing of our beloved Holy Father, Pope Francis, a humble shepherd who led the Church with compassion, courage, and a deep love for the poor and the marginalized.

Let us pray for the repose of his soul, and for the Church he so faithfully served.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him 🤍🕊️
