Easter is a special time for our church family as we gather to remember the incredible love of Jesus at the cross and celebrate the hope and new life we have through His resurrection. It’s a powerful weekend, and we’re looking forward to experiencing it together.

As Easter gets closer, take a moment to ask the Holy Spirit who He might be placing on your heart to invite. A simple invitation can make an eternal difference—so grab an invite card on Sunday and start the conversation.

We can’t wait to celebrate the hope of Easter with you.

In March, we will be hosting our next Alpha courses, and we are asking the question, do you know someone whose life could be changed by trying Alpha? Alpha provides a space for someone to ask all their questions about life, faith, and meaning in a friendly and welcoming environment. As we get close to March, we ask that you start praying about who you can invite to try Alpha at Peoples this spring.

Join us on Saturday, February 24 for our 15th annual Black History Celebration!

Throughout February, we come together to celebrate Black History Month by recognizing the accomplishments and rich contributions of Black people in our nation and all over the world.

Celebrating Black History allows us to expand our understanding of culture, community, and our history. It is an important way we get to celebrate the diversity of Christ’s church body. While we take time to shine a special light on Black History in February, our celebration continues throughout the year.

We will listen to stories and share resources as we pray, learn, and celebrate together.

As you enter prayer now, take a moment to pause, breathe deeply and re-center yourself on God's presence.

Marvel at how Jesus is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies, a humble Child born to save humanity and to rule the world. As we behold Jesus as our Saviour and Lord, may we give Him the worship due His name.

"Father, thank You for sending Jesus, the promised Shepherd-King, who was born at Christmas time. Help me to worship and behold You as my Saviour and Lord. Amen."

Hey ! Just another reminder that TPC Youth are back with another event happening tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7:30PM at The Peoples Church! This is a Junior Youth event to welcome the grade 5s and send off the grade 8s, where ALL the junior youth are invited (Gr. 5-8s)!
