Many folks have asked for a recording of the Feb 15th concert as they couldn't attend our 'Being a Friend' Concert. Here is our
experience captured by cell phone for under 5 minutes of highlights from our dress rehearsal with a few clips from the concert.
Through St. Mark's United Church's generous support, this special concert raised $ 9,341.70 with all proceeds supporting the Cancer Support Centre in Saint John.
At the heart of the concert is Healing Voices, a newly formed, non-auditioned choir created as a safe, welcoming space for people who are currently undergoing or have experienced cancer treatment, as well as caregivers, family members, and supporters who walk alongside them. Through song, Healing Voices celebrates friendship, resilience, and the ongoing journey of healing.

Cory Gallant
December 7th, 1969 – February 20, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cory Gallant on February 20, 2026 in his 57th year, at Matthews House Hospice in Alliston after a long battle. He passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.

Cory will be sorely missed by his beloved husband Roger, his parents Howard and Patricia, his siblings Connie (Doug) and Joe (Michelle).

Cory was an amazing Uncle to Kassandra, Geoffery, Owen and Harrison.

Cory was a fighter and fought to the very end. He will forever remain in our hearts and memories forever.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Matthews House Hospice https://www.matthews.house/ would be gratefully received.
