For tomorrow’s First Sunday after Pentecost and Trinity Sunday service, Sunday, May 31, at 11 AM EDT, we welcome our own Rev. Helen Smith as guest minister, who will preach based on Acts 11:1–18. The service will not be live-streamed, but you can find the virtual web service page at https://guildwoodchurch.ca/worship-service-20260531 . The Youth Class will meet during the service. Afterwards, join us in the church hall for coffee and fellowship.

GCPC looks forward to welcoming you on Guildwood Day, Saturday, June 6, from 8:30 to 10:30 AM, with a delicious pancake breakfast along with tea, coffee or alternate cold beverage. As always, we look forward to serving you outdoors on our east side lawn, or in the case of inclement weather in our church hall. The suggested donation is $5 per person. The next Men's Breakfast will be this Saturday, May 23, at 8:15am. The speaker will be John MacCaulay on "PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF ESTATE PLANNING". A hearty breakfast will be served for a small charge. Meals Together, a time of food and fellowship for those who are often alone, returns tomorrow evening, Thursday, May 21, at 5:00 PM, with dinner served at 5:30. Dinner is a variety of lasagnas, including vegetarian, salad, garlic bread, fruit, and desserts. The speaker will be Amy Horton, who regularly provides foster care for dogs.

Just one week away! The Bells of Guildwood present their Spring concert on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 3:30 PM, under the direction of Steven Szeto. Special guests: the GCPC Senior Choir, violinist james Liu, and GCPC Music Director Brooks Gorst on the piano. A free-will offering will be taken, and there will be a BBQ after the concert.

The Guildwood Garage Sale Day will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM rain or shine. You can bring your own table and we will provide a spot in front of the church for a donation of $10. And check our tables including Bargain Fabrics! We also will be offering various sandwiches on a bun (while quantities last) along with tea or coffee at charge from 8:30 AM. Contact the church office to reserve a spot for your own table.

Come experience the spirit of Jesus Christ in action at one of our events this week! The Pre-School Drop-In for Parents and Caregivers is tomorrow, Monday, May 11, 9:30–11:00 AM in the church hall. The Tuesday morning Ecumenical Bible Study group meets at 10 AM in the lounge. The Lunch with Friends follows at noon at Gabby's Guildwood, 123 Guildwood Parkway. Please sign up with Cindy Similas. The next Faith and Art Café is Wednesday, May 13, 9:30–11:00 AM in the church hall. Please let Rev. Chuck know if you are coming. The Bible study Mind And Heart (Theology and Contemplation on the gospel of John) is the same evening, 7–8 PM, in the lounge. And there will be a congregational meeting on Sunday, May 17, 2026 following the worship service.
