You don't have to tough it out alone. God has already gone before you and stands right beside you. If you are willing to trust Him, AMEN.
To you, struggling in pain right now...
You smile and go to work, take care of the family,
But at night, you feel completely hollowed out;
You see the world moving forward,
While you feel stuck in place, unable to move.
But dear friend, listen to me:
When you can't stand firm—
He will hold you up;
When you don't want to keep going—
He will catch you.
When you are afraid of tomorrow—
He will walk with you.
God says: "Fear you not; for I am with you: be not dismayed; for I am your God: I will strengthen you; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." (Isaiah 41:10)
God also says, "Be quiet within Me, for I am your God, your only Redeemer. You must quiet your hearts and live within Me at all times; I am your rock, your buttress. Harbor no other thoughts, but rely on Me with your whole hearts and I will certainly appear to you—I am your God!"

You are not fighting alone. God is fighting for you, even if you haven't seen it yet. AMEN, if you believe.
To the one who "looks fine but is actually about to break"—
You aren't failing to pray, you're just exhausted;
You don't lack faith,
You're just crushed by the weight of reality;
You don't lack love for God,
You're just a little lost, not knowing where to step next.
But do you know?
God never asks you to pretend to be strong.
He doesn't want your performance,
He wants you to come to Him authentically.
📖 Psalm 55:22
"Cast your burden on the LORD, and he shall sustain you: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."
God says, "You should know that all of your surrounding environment is permitted and arranged by Me. Be clear on this and satisfy My heart in the environment that I have given to you. Do not be afraid of this and that, the Almighty God of hosts will surely be with you; He is your backup force, and He is your shield."
