王健安博士是戴德生華人事工中心顧問委員會的成員，加拿大華人神學院基督教領導學研究中心主任並實踐科助理教授，亦是加國宣道會東區傳道。王博士長年致力於研究領導力和兩代議題。其研究不僅是對加拿大教會現狀特性的觀察，許多洞見更揭示了值得全球華人教會關注的共性。如何以聆聽、了解、接納、尊重、鼓勵、陪伴來創造安全的對話空間？
