💪 Two goals. One community.

At Manhattan's Chelsea Shul, 150 participants are taking on an 18-week challenge with Lift & Learn — each committing to one physical goal and one spiritual goal.

One participant, Gilad Gvili, put it perfectly: "My physical goal is to bench press 225 pounds three times. My spiritual goal is to put on tefillin every day — something I've never done before."

Every week, participants log their workouts AND their Jewish practice, holding each other accountable along the way.

Body and soul. Together. That's Lift & Learn. 🏋️✡️

“For this Lift & Learn season, my physical goal is to bench press 225 pounds three times,” he told the room of about 60 people. “Today I can only do 135.”
