Shared inspiration from Pastor K. Gordon
“There are doers and there are watchers.”
These words kept playing in my head throughout the night, a divine word the Lord implanted in my spirit.
Doers take risks, build things, act on ideas, learn through failure, and move forward even when uncertain.
Watchers stay on the sidelines. They observe, analyze, judge, or wait, often because it feels safer.
Progress belongs to the people willing to act.
Critics often come from the crowd that never stepped into the arena.
Safety and comfort can keep people passive.
Purpose requires movement.
Theodore Roosevelt said in his “Man in the Arena” speech that the person striving deserves more respect than the person sitting back criticizing.
These words the Lord placed in my spirit push against fear and remind me:
“Don’t just observe life. Participate in it.”
God is a good God.
I thank Him for His constant blessings, inspiration, direction, wisdom, favor, grace, and manifold mercies.
Truly, I am a living testimony that when you seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, all things will be added unto you.
Jesus is worthy to be praised.
Look at the heavens He stretched out with His hands.
Look at the mountains, the oceans, the stars, and the breath in your lungs.
Every part of creation testifies of His greatness.
All creation whispers one truth:
He is God, serve Him.
