When I think back to my younger self, subhanAllah, I realize how much I wished for someone to guide me. Someone to say, “You’re strong enough to do this,” or, “Everything will work out, InshaAllaah.”

But now I realize I can be that person. Not just for others, but for myself. Every small step toward better health and stronger faith is a reminder that change is possible, Alhamdulillah.
