A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who prepared the food, served our guests, set up, cleaned up, and helped make the day possible. Your generosity, teamwork, and joyful service turned a simple meal into a warm time of fellowship and connection.

We gathered for a Smudging Ceremony led by Julie, as one way to honour Indigenous History Month.

St. Margaret New Toronto stands on land with a long Indigenous history, where many Indigenous communities continue to live, pray, work, and build life today.
We came together with open hearts, knowing that as church we must face this history with humility and repentance, and continue seeking healing, justice, and right relationship.
With gratitude to the Creator, we thank Julie for guiding us in this time of prayer, reflection, and community.
