༄། །དཔལ་སྟག་ལུང་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་རྒྱལ་ཡོངས་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་མོ་སྐབས་དང་པོ་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་བྱེད་སྒོའི་བརྡ་ཁྱབ།
༄། །རང་ཅག་རྣམས་ལ་རྙེད་དཀའ་བའི་དལ་འབྱོར་མི་ལུས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཐོབ་པའི་སྐབས་འདིར། དཔལ་ལྡན་སྟག་ལུང་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་འཛིན་སྐྱོང་སྤེལ་བའི་སླད། བསྟན་འཛིན་གྱི་སྐྱེས་ཆེན་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དབུས་པའི་དད་ལྡན་སེར་སྐྱ་ཡོངས་ནས་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་མོ་སྐབས་དང་པོ་འདི་བཞིན་གོ་སྒྲིག་ཞུས་ཡོད།
དེས་ན་སྐལ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། སྐབས་འདིར་ཚོགས་བསགས་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱོང་གི་གོ་སྐབས་བཟང་པོ་འདི་དོན་མེད་དུ་མི་གཏོང་བར། དགེ་རྩ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་གསོག་པ་དང༌། ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་སྐལ་བཟང་གི་དུས་ཚིགས་ཤིག་ཡིན་པས། གོ་སྐབས་འདི་བཟུང་སྟེ་ཚོགས་བསགས་ལ་འབད་བརྩོན་གནང་ན་ལེགས་ཚོགས་ཆེ།
སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པའི་ཡང་སྙིང་འགྲོ་མགོན་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་རིང་ལུགས་འཛིན་པའི་ཡ་གྱལ་རྒྱལ་དབང་སྟག་ལུང་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ཆོས་བརྒྱུད་འདི་ནི། རྗེ་མར་པ་ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་ནས་བརྒྱུད་པའི་དྭགས་པོ་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པའི་སྲོལ་འཛིན་གཙོ་བོ་ཞིག་ཡིན་པ་དང་། ད་བར་ལོ་ངོ་ ༨༨༣་ ཙམ་གྱི་ལོ་རྒྱུས་ལྡན་ཡོད། སྟག་ལུང་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བླ་མ་གོང་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྟན་འགྲོའི་དོན་དུ་སྐུ་ངལ་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་བསྐྱོན་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། རྒྱ་གར་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ་གྱི་པཎ་གྲུབ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གདམས་པ་ཟབ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དྭངས་མ་བཞེས་ཏེ། སྙིང་པོའི་བཅུད་ཕྱུང་བའི་གསུང་ངག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ནོར་བུ་བཞི་སྐོར་སོགས་གདམས་པའི་མཛོད་ཆེན་པོ་དུ་མ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པར་མཛད་ཡོད། ད་ལམ་འཚེ་མེད་ཞི་བའི་འདྲེན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་་སྟོན་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན་སྐུ་བལྟམས་པའི་གནས་མཆོག་ལུམ་བི་ནིའི་ཞིང་དུ། དཔལ་མཉམ་མེད་སྟག་ལུང་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྤྱི་དང་། ཁྱད་པར་དུ་སྙིང་པོ་དོན་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ཟབ་ཆོས་ནོར་བུ་བཞི་སྐོར་གྱི་བསྟན་པ་ཕྱོགས་དུས་ཀུན་ཏུ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་སུ་འབྱུང་བཞིན་པའི་ནད་མུག་འཁྲུག་རྩོད་སོགས་མི་བདེ་བའི་རྐྱེན་ངན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་ནས། འགྲོ་རྣམས་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་དཔལ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་རྒྱལ་ཡོངས་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་མོ་སྐབས་དང་པོ་བསྐྱང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པས། དེར་མཉམ་ཞུགས་དང་ཞལ་འདེབས་གནང་ན། ཚེ་འདིའི་འབྲས་བུ་ནི། བསམ་དོན་ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་པ་དང་། ཕྱི་མའི་འབྲས་བུ་ནི། མངོན་མཐོ་དང་ངེས་ལེགས་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པ་ངེས་ཏེ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔལ་བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོས་ཞུས་མདོ་ལས། ཇི་ལྟར་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ནང་དུ་ཆུ་ཐིགས་ལྷུང་། །རྒྱ་མཚོ་མ་ཟད་བར་དུ་དེ་མི་ཟད། །དེ་བཞིན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཡོངས་བསྔོས་དགེ་བ་ཡང། །བྱང་ཆུབ་མ་ཐོབ་བར་དུ་དེ་མི་ཟད། །ཅེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར། བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཆུང་ངུ་ཞིག་ཡིན་ནའང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་བསྔོས་ན་ཆུད་མི་ཟ། བསྔོ་བ་བྱས་པའི་དགེ་རྩ་རྣམས་བྱང་ཆུབ་མ་ཐོབ་བར་དུ་མི་ཟད། དགེ་རྩ་ཆུང་ངུ་ཞིག་ཡིན་ནའང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་དང་འབྲེལ་ན་འབྲས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་འབྱུང༌བར་གསུངས་ཡོད་པ་འདིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཆུང་ངུ་ཞིག་བསགས་ནའང༌། དེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་བསྔོས་ན་འབྲས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་འབྱུང་བ་དང༌། བྱང་ཆུབ་མ་ཐོབ་བར་དུ་མི་ཟད་པར་གསུངས་པ་རེད། རྗེ་མར་པས། བསོད་ནམས་ཚོགས་ནི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་བསགས། །སྨོན་ལམ་དག་པས་རྒྱས་བཏབ་ན། །འབྲས་བུ་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུར་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར། སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་མོ་འདིར་མཉམ་ཞུགས་དང་ཞལ་འདེབས་གནང་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། ཚེ་འདིར་བསམ་དོན་ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་པ་དང་། ཕྱི་མར་མངོན་མཐོ་ངེས་ལེགས་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པའི་རྒྱུར་འགྱུར་བ་གསུངས་ཡོད། རྗེ་མི་ལས་ཀྱང་། རི་ལ་བཞུགས་པའི་སྒོམ་ཆེན་དང་། འཚོ་བ་སྦྱོར་བའི་ཡོན་བདག་གཉིས། །སངས་མཉམ་པོར་རྒྱལ་བའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཡོད། །རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་རྩ་བ་བསྔོ་བ་ཡིན། །ཞེས་གསུང་པ་ལྟར། རི་ཁྲོད་པས་སྒྲུབ་པ་བྱས། སྦྱིན་བདག་གིས་མཐུན་རྐྱེན་སྦྱར། དེ་གཉིས་ཀས་དགེ་རྩ་བསགས། དགེ་རྩ་དེ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་བསྔོས་པས། གཉིས་ཀ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པའི་རྒྱུ་རུ་འགྱུར་བ་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན།
མདོར་ན། བསྔོ་བའི་མཐུས་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་དང་སྦྱིན་བདག་གཉིས་ཀ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ནི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་གནད་འགག་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས་པས་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱི་སྐབས་སུ་ཞལ་འདེབས་གནང་མཁན་སྦྱིན་བདག་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཐོ་༧སྐྱབས་མགོན་རྣམས་དང་རབ་སྔགས་གཉིས་ཀྱི་དགེ་འདུན་དང་། མང་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་སྟར་ཏེ། སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རྟེན་གྱི་མདུན་དུ་ཐུགས་སྨོན་རྒྱ་ཆེན་གནང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
དེས་ན་དད་ལྡན་སེར་སྐྱ་མང་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ནས་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་མོ་འདིར་མཉམ་ཞུགས་དང་ཞལ་འདེབས་གང་མང་གནང་བའི་སྒོ་ནས། རང་གཞན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་བདེའི་དགེ་མཚན་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་འབྱུང་བའི་སྐལ་བཟང་གི་གོ་སྐབས་འདི་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པར་མཛད་པའི་རེ་བ་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་བཅས།

Joining in the First International Glorious Taklung Kagyu Vast Aspiration
Monlam Chenmo
Now that we have all attained the unobtainable opportunities and resources of a precious human existence, so that the preservation and protection of the doctrine of the glorious Taklung Kagyu may expand in the future, we provide this information for those with faith in the holy great doctrine holders, all ordained and lay people, who wish to come to the First Vast Aspiration (Monlam Chenmo).
For all fortunate and discerning ones, this time is not meaningless, but is an excellent opportunity to gather the accumulations, purify obscurations, and accomplish a vast measure of the roots of virtue. Since this is a wonderful chance to complete the two accumulations, working diligently right now in gathering the accumulations is very important.
These Dharma Lineage holders of the innermost essence of Buddha’s long tradition, the Kagyu Lineage, the refuge of beings, the single Lord of Conquerors of the Taklung Kagyu have, from Lord Marpa Lotsawa on down, been principal keepers of the Dakpo Kagyu doctrine with a history dating back 883 years.
The guru forefathers of the Taklung Kagyu overcame a hundred difficulties for the benefit of beings to provide clear teachings on the profound doctrines of Secret Mantra of all the panditas and siddhas of the Holy Land of India. From this overflowing distilled essence of the precious instruction, the Four Jewels and so on, a great holy treasury was gathered and spread everywhere.
Since the great Guide of the Four Immeasurables, the compassionate Teacher, took birth in the supreme place of Lumbini, the doctrine of the incomparable Glorious Taklung Kagyu generally, and particularly the doctrine of the Essential Ultimate Lineage, caused the profound dharma of the Four Jewels to spread everywhere forever, this First International Monlam Chenmo is being established there in order to pacify all sickness and famine that arise from the perishable elements, and war, disturbances, and so on, all unhappy bad conditions, and so that all beings may conduct themselves toward happiness, well-being, and perfect prosperity.
If you are able to make a contribution by participating together, the result in this lifetime will be the accomplishment of all aims, and the result in future lives will be the higher realms and definitive attainment of the state of liberation
As is said in the Sutra of the Question of Bodhisattva Sagarmati:
Just as a single drop of water cast in the ocean
Is not lost until the ocean dries up
In that way, virtue dedicated to enlightenment
Is not exhausted until enlightenment is attained.
According to these words, even a small accumulation of merit can never be lost if it’s dedicated to universal enlightenment. All roots of virtue so dedicated will not be used up until enlightenment is attained. As it says that even a tiny root of virtue can produce a great result if blended with Bodhicitta, if a Bodhisattva accumulates even a small root of virtue and dedicates it to enlightenment, a vast result will arise and will not be exhausted until enlightenment is attained.
As was said by Lord Marpa:
This accumulation of merit is gathering an ocean.
If a pure aspiration is sealed, the result becomes a wish fulfilling jewel.
As this says, by contributing to and participating in this Vast Aspiration, the aims of this life will be accomplished just as conceived, and in the future, the result is the higher realms and practical attainment of the state of liberation, it is said.
Also, Lord Milarepa said:
The great meditator staying in the mountains
And the patron who provides food
Are joined to attain enlightenment together
The essence of this connection is dedication.
As this says, the hermit practicing in a mountain retreat obtains positive conditions through his generous patron, and both of them accumulate the roots of virtue. By dedicating those roots of virtue, both are assured of attaining Buddhahood.
In brief, by the power of dedication, the meditator and the patron both attain Buddhahood together. Since this dependent connection is the key point here, at the time of the Monlam, a list will be provided of those reciting prayers, the sangha of high lamas and ordained practitioners, and the patrons, to introduce them to the participating public, during the planned offerings of the supports of Enlightened Body, Speech and Mind, accompanied by vast heartfelt prayers.
Thus, through all the faithful ordained and lay practitioners joining together at this Monlam Chenmo to recite as many prayers as possible, we fervently hope that this fortunate opportunity will be meaningful and that all our qualities of virtue, happiness and benefit will vastly increase.

吉祥達隆噶舉派第一屆全球祈願大法會通告
在我們獲得珍貴難得的暇滿人身之際，為了弘揚護持大寶達隆噶舉教法，由諸位持教大德為首的僧俗信眾共同籌辦此次第一屆祈願大法會。
因此，有緣智者們不應錯失此次積累資糧、淨除罪障的殊勝機會。這是積累廣大善根、圓滿二資糧的吉祥時節，若能把握此機會精進累積資糧，功德甚大。
佛教精髓噶舉派傳承之一的大寶達隆噶舉教派，是從瑪爾巴譯師傳承的達波噶舉教法主要傳承之一，至今已有883年的歷史。依靠達隆噶舉歷代上師為利益教法與眾生所做的百般努力，承接印度聖地諸位班智達與成就者的甚深密咒教授精華，創立了四寶等眾多教法寶藏並使之廣泛弘揚。
此次在大慈導師佛陀誕生聖地藍毘尼園中，為了弘揚大寶達隆噶舉寶貴教法，特別是心要直傳深法四寶教法於十方時處興盛，以及為了息滅世間所生的疾病、饑荒、戰爭等一切不祥違緣，令眾生享有圓滿安樂，將舉辦第一屆全球祈願大法會。若能參與並佈施，今生果報將如意成就，來世必定獲得增上生與決定勝的果位。
如《慧海菩薩請問經》所言："如水滴落大海中，大海未盡彼不盡。如是迴向菩提善，未得菩提彼不盡。"即使是微小的福德資糧，若迴向菩提也不會虛耗。迴向的善根在未證菩提之前不會窮盡。即使是小小善根，若與菩提心相應也會生起廣大果報。
如至尊瑪爾巴所言："積累如海福德資，以淨願力作印持，果報成就如意寶。"依此參與祈願大法會並作佈施，將成為今生願望如意成就與來世獲得增上生決定勝果位之因。
如傑密勒日巴也說："住山修行大瑜伽，供養資具施主眾，同證佛果之緣起，緣起根本在迴向。"說明修行者修持、施主供養，二者皆積累善根，將善根迴向菩提，二者都將成為證得佛果之因。
總之，通過迴向力，修行者與施主二者都將成就佛果，這是緣起的關鍵所在。因此，在祈願法會期間，將把佈施者施主們的名冊呈獻於諸位法王及二部僧眾與大眾前，於三寶所依前作廣大發願。
故祈請具信僧俗大眾通過廣泛參與此次祈願大法會並多作佈施，令此利益自他一切眾生的殊勝機緣具有意義。
