༄༄།། ཕྱི་ལོ། ༢༠༢༦ ཟླ་ ༨ ཚེས་ ༢༦ ཉིན་བོད་དང་། བལ་ཡུལ་ས་མཚམས་སུ་ཆུ་ལོག་གིས་དོན་རྐྱེན་འོག་མི་མང་པོ་ཞིག་འདས་གྲོངས་དང་། གཞན་མང་པོ་ཞིག་རྨས་སྐྱོན་གཏོར་བཤིག་ཚབས་ཆེན་ཕོག་པ་དང་། བྱིས་པ་མང་པོ་དྭ་ཕྲུག་ལུས་པ། ད་དུང་ཡང་མི་མངཔོ་ཞིག་བོར་བརླག་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་ཁྲོད་སེ་ར་བྱེས་ཁེ་ན་ཌ་ནང་པའི་རིག་གཞུང་བསྟི་གནས་ཁང་ལ་དད་དམ་འགྱུར་མེད་ཨ་ཅ་སྒྲོལ་མ་གཡང་ཆེན་དང་། ནོར་བུ་ལགས་གཉིས་ཡང་བོར་བརླག་ཏུ་ཕྱིར་པས་བློ་ཕམ་དང་བཅས་གོང་ཞུས་འདས་གསོན་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་ཆེན་དུ་སེར་བྱེས་གྲྭ་ཚང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལ་སྔོ་སྨོན་སྐྱབས་འཇུག་ཞུས་ཟིན་ལ། འདི་གར་ཆོས་ཚོགས་ནས་ཀྱང་དགེ་བཤེས་རྣམས་པས་དེ་རིང་མཆོད་འབུལ་སྨོན་ལམ་རྒྱས་པ་ཞིག་ཞུས་ཟིན་པ་ཡིན། སེ་ར་བྱེས་ཁེ་ན་ཌ་ནང་པའི་རིག་གཞུང་བསྟི་གནས་ཁང་ནས།

On August 26, 2026, a devastating flood occurred along the Tibet–Nepal border, resulting in the loss of many lives, injuries to numerous people, and widespread destruction. Many families have been deeply affected, and children have tragically been left without their parents.

Among those still missing are two devoted members of our community, Mrs. Dolma Yangchen and Mr. Norbu Ghale. We continue to hold them, their families, and all those affected in our prayers and sincerely hope for their safety and well-being.

With profound sadness and compassion, we have requested prayers and intercessions from Sera Je Monastery in India for the well-being of all those affected by this tragedy, both living and deceased.

Today, the Sera Je Canada Buddhist Cultural Center also conducted an extensive memorial service and prayers dedicated to all those who lost their lives, those who remain missing, those who were injured, and all families affected by this devastating disaster.

May the deceased find peaceful rebirth, may those who are injured recover swiftly, and may the missing be safely reunited with their families. May all those affected receive strength, comfort, and support during this difficult time.
