Each month our Norseman FoodBank team lets us know what would be helpful to contribute to the food bank offerings.

For the month of July, they’re collecting:
• healthy cereal
• size 3+ diapers
• shopping bags and egg cartons

You can drop donations off in the foyer at Capstone, right beside the front door!

Capstone Camp is officially up and running! ☀️

We’re excited to kick off the first of three amazing weeks of camp, making memories, exploring and learning about our Creator in our beautiful backyard! Here’s to an incredible summer ahead!

The Lakeshore Soccer League kicked off this week! ⚽️

For many years, we’ve been grateful to partner with Youth Unlimited with Pastor Andrew at the helm, to run this incredible outreach ministry in South Etobicoke. It’s a joy to see so many from our Capstone Church family serving as coaches and volunteers each summer.

Andrew and his team (pictured here) will be leading these amazing volunteers throughout the season as they invest in the lives of local kids through soccer, encouragement and community.

Please join in praying for all the children, families, coaches and volunteers involved this summer - that this league would be a place where friendships are built, lives are impacted and Gods love is clearly seen.

Dear Capstone family,

Please be advised that the school parking lot south of the church —————————————————————->
(Sainte-Marguerite-d’Youville) will not be available this summer due to construction.

We would kindly ask that if you are able, please use the street parking in order to provide the church lot spaces for those with mobility challenges - thank you in advance for considering this!

Regarding the church parking lot, please do not park up the middle of the lot. We will be creating a “drop off zone” in front of the church entrance and will require the space so cars can drop off and turn around and exit.

Capstone will be increasing our involvement in the Young Moms group - A Youth Unlimited program we’ve partnered with for 7 years. Young Parents is an initiative that offers support to pregnant and parenting teens and young adult moms (ages 15-25) at a critical time in their lives.

We as a church are increasing our intentionality to see the young moms we serve integrated in the local church - as we believe the love of Christ is the ultimate hope of Christ and the church a community of God’s love.

Young Parents will be hosting an info night at Capstone on Wednesday, July 15th at 7pm. They’ll share their vision for this model of ministry at Capstone and opportunities for involvement. By attending this info night, you are not signing up to serve, but exploring the possibility. If you are interested in attending please dm us!

Registration for our women’s fall retreat, taking place October 2-4, 2026 at Teen Ranch is now open!!

Please visit our website in our bio and go to events to sign up!

Space is limited so register asap!

We also have a day retreat option for those who may find a full weekend retreat more challenging! You can join for breakfast on the Saturday and make a full day of it!

REMINDER -

This Sunday we will have ONE SERVICE at 10 am

We’re excited to witness and celebrate baptisms during the service. Please be in prayer for those who are taking this step in their faith.

We also will be commissioning any volunteers and staff going away to work at camp this summer or staying local and working in our Capstone Day Camps, feel free to rep your camp by wearing your camp tee!

Lastly, join us after the service in the backyard for cookies and lemonade!

We’re looking forward to a great Sunday together!
