No matter what season of life we find ourselves in, gathering on Sundays, being part of a church that is family, growing in friendship, serving together and reaching your city and the world is what every Christian needs. Come worship with us, hear this week’s message, and be with Christians. When you arrive at West Toronto you’ll be greeted by smiling faces ready to direct you to exactly where you

need to be. Each service starts with a time of singing, followed by a message from God’s word, a time of corporate confession and taking the Lord’s Supper. Sunday gatherings at warm and joyful. Our belief is that the church should be a community that kids love, and that partners with parents to help their children come to trust in Jesus and grow in their walk with God.

This past Sunday marked another important moment in the life of our church. As our church continues to grow and God continues the wondrous work of saving souls, we are excited to ordain another elder to help us love, care for and shepherd our people.

With an eye on the snow predicted for Sunday, this is just a note that while our 10AM service will proceed as usual, please make the wise and right decision for your own family, based on proximity to the church building and other factors.

Youth Board Games is POSTPONED

Based on when the snow is predicted to be heaviest in the afternoon, we are cancelling the Youth Lunch & Board Games tomorrow afternoon so that everyone can get home, hopefully before the snow accumulates too much. This will be rescheduled for the near future, and we will send out a new date soon!

It’s been a beautiful and worshipful Advent season with our WTBC church family, and we are looking forward to celebrating the 4th Sunday of Advent together tomorrow!

An evening of singing carols by candlelight, our children singing Dona Nobis Pacem, followed by Christmas cookies and hot apple cider. This is a night we all eagerly look forward to at the end of each year at WTBC!

A few highlights from our Paris Olympics Missions Team this summer. God is surely at work in opening the eyes of the blind to the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! 🙌

Praise God sustaining our team with grace, strength and daily mercies as they shared the gospel in the streets of Paris.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who generously supported our team and allowed us as a local body to send them out in obedience to the Great Commission. WELCOME BACK team! 🙏

Yesterday's service was filled with JOY! Along with a number of people entering into membership, three of our own were baptized as the room was filled with many tears and much rejoicing.

Baptism is a sign and seal that we have been adopted into the family of God...a sign that we now belong to Christ! 🙏🏼

The past two Sundays have been special at West Toronto as we ordained a new elder and a new deacon over our church family.

We continue to pray for these brothers as they lovingly care for and serve our church and commit themselves to the work of the ministry.

WTBC is an exciting church renewal work. In the past ten years, we’ve seen God be so gracious and faithful to this church as He has begun the process of growing and expanding us, but at the same time keeping a unified spirit.
