Who cares?!

The disciples were in a storm, terrified, and asked Jesus, "Don't you care if we drown?" Maybe you have been carrying that same question. You smiled, sing through the worship, but deep down the wall has been speaking -- telling you it's too late, that God has forgotten you, that nothing will ever change.

But here is what they missed: the peace they were begging for was already in the boat. Sleeping is not the same as gone. Silence is not the same as absence.

From Jericho to midnight in a prison cell, God's demolition plan has never been a battering ram -- it has been a shout of praise before a single stone moves. Pull down every thought that has exalted itself above what God has said about you (2 Corinthians 10.4-5). The storm does not cancel the destination.

God is in the boat. He has been there the entire time.
