A specialized ministry dedicated to journeying with individuals, as they discover their vocation We provide online resources to assist in your discernment.

The Office of Vocations for the Archdiocese of Toronto is here to assist Catholics who are living their primary vocation (as disciples of Jesus Christ) helping to find within that their own particular and unique vocation if that is Priesthood, Religious Life or the Permanent Diaconate. For those who feel a call to serve the Church in these ways – you’ve come to the right place! Our goal is to help

you on your unique journey to respond to God’s calling. We support men considering or discerning (trying to prayerfully figure out) a possible call from the Lord to the diocesan priesthood with the discernment programs we offer. We can offer referrals based on conversation with the Director of Vocations for women and men considering religious life. The Office of Vocations offers a friendly atmosphere and we host events that allow discerners an opportunity to meet others as well. Jesus invited you here. Join us for a High School Come & See Day Retreat — a day of prayer, fraternity, and honest conversation about the call to the diocesan priesthood. This retreat is a chance to step away from the busyness of life, encounter Christ more deeply, and learn what it means to discern God’s will for your life.

Spend the day at St. Augustine’s Seminary with seminarians and priests of the Archdiocese as you experience: • Prayer and Mass • Talks on vocation and discernment • Seminary tours • Fellowship with other young men asking the same questions

You don’t have to have it all figured out — just come with an open heart and a willingness to listen to where God may be calling you.
