This weekend marked an important milestone in the College for Officer Training program. On Saturday, as we celebrated the first conferring of the Associate in Christian Ministries degree upon six Lieutenants from the recently commissioned Champions of the Mission session. This achievement reflects not only academic accomplishment but a deep investment in their ministry, leadership, and service to God’s mission.

Special thanks to Dr. Michael W. Boyce, who was instrumental in shaping the training program requirements within a degree framework that can be completed as part of the officer training and development eight-year plan.
